I. Introduction 1.1 The "Beibei English User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement concluded between you and Beibei English (hereinafter referred to as "Beibei English") regarding the use of various services provided by Beibei English. To better provide services to you, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before starting to use the various services of Beibei English. Terms that have a significant relationship with your rights and interests (including those exempting Beibei English from liability, limiting your rights, governing law and dispute resolution clauses, etc.) have been highlighted in bold to specifically remind you. Please pay close attention to these key points. 1.2 If you do not have full civil capacity due to age or other factors, please read and decide whether to agree to this Agreement accompanied by a legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian"). 1.3 Clicking 'Agree' during the registration process signifies your complete acceptance of this Agreement (including the "Beibei English Privacy Policy") and binds you as a party to this Agreement. Beibei English reserves the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time based on changes in national laws and regulations and its operational needs. Once the content of this Agreement changes, Beibei English will notify you of the revised content through official website announcements or other appropriate means. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement and/or any subsequent modifications, you should immediately stop the registration process or cease using the services provided by Beibei English. If you continue to use the services provided by Beibei English, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement and/or its modifications. II. Service Description 2.1 Services provided by Beibei English to you include, but are not limited to: news, information, live broadcasts, television, digital newspapers, comments and messages, community posting and following, etc. The specific services are subject to actual provision. Some individual services may require you to simultaneously accept specific agreements or rules formulated for them. We will provide these agreements and rules to you in a conspicuous manner for your review and consent when you plan to use the relevant individual services. Once you start using the relevant individual services, you are deemed to understand and accept the constraints of the relevant agreements and rules for those individual services. 2.2 You should provide your own necessary equipment for internet access, including personal computers, modems, or other essential internet devices, and bear the related costs. 2.3 You understand and agree that Beibei English has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services at any time based on adjustments to its own business strategy. 2.4 You understand and agree that Beibei English has the right to display various commercial advertisements or other types of commercial information in various ways during the provision of services. You should independently judge the authenticity and reliability of such advertisements or promotional information and be responsible for your own judgment. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, you shall bear any damages or losses incurred from purchases, transactions, or otherwise resulting from such advertisements or promotional information, and Beibei English shall not be liable. III. Account Registration and Use 3.1 You can use some Beibei English services (such as Browse news and information) without registration, but certain functions and/or specific individual service items (such as commenting, community posting, etc.) will require you to register with your real identity information and log in before use, in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. 3.2 When registering an account, you must fill in true, accurate, legal, and valid relevant identity verification materials and necessary information (including your name and email address, mobile phone number within mainland China, contact address, etc.). 3.3 Upon successful registration, you will receive an account and password. You can choose your nickname and upload an avatar, which will be displayed on the front end after being reviewed and approved by Beibei English. 3.4 You understand and promise that the account you set up shall not violate national laws and regulations or the relevant rules of Beibei English, shall not engage in any behavior that infringes upon national interests, harms the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, or is detrimental to social morality. Your account name, avatar, profile, and other registration information, as well as other personal information, must not contain illegal or harmful information. You may not open an account in someone else's name (including but not limited to impersonating another person's name, designation, trade name, avatar, etc., in a way that could cause confusion) without permission. Malicious registration (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration of accounts, etc.) is prohibited. 3.5 You should properly keep your account information, account password, and other information and materials related to the account, and bear full responsibility for all actions under your account. If, due to your reasons, account information, materials, or data are changed, lost, or property losses occur, you shall bear the relevant legal consequences yourself. 3.6 Your account is for your personal use only. Without the written consent of Beibei English, it is prohibited to give, lend, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise license others to use the account in any form. 3.7 You can apply to cancel your account. Beibei English will assist you in canceling the account after completing reasonable and necessary verification of personal identity, security status, device information, etc., and will delete all information related to your account upon your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. IV. User Code of Conduct You agree and promise not to create, publish, or disseminate the following information content while using the services provided by Beibei English: (1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting national secession, undermining national unity, or harming national honor and interests; (2) Promoting terrorism, extremism, inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity; (3) Inciting regional discrimination, regional hatred, undermining national religious policies, or promoting cults and superstitions; (4) Fabricating or spreading rumors, false information, disrupting economic and social order, undermining social stability, disseminating or spreading violence, obscenity, pornography, gambling, homicide, terror, or inciting crime; (5) Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harming the physical and mental health of minors, containing content that is terrifying, violently bloody, highly dangerous, or harmful to the physical or mental health of performers or others; (6) Insulting or slandering others, conducting violent intimidation or threats against others, engaging in doxing, spreading foul language, undermining public order and good customs, infringing upon others' privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests; (7) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, interferes with the normal operation of Beibei English, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties. V. Protection of User Personal Information Beibei English fully understands the importance of personal information to you and will do its utmost to protect the security and reliability of your personal information. For details on how Beibei English collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information, as well as the rights you enjoy, please refer to the relevant provisions in the "Beibei English Privacy Policy". VI. Intellectual Property 6.1 Unless otherwise stated or stipulated by law, the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) and other derivative rights of any content provided by Beibei English in the service (including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, video, data, computer software, commercial logos, layout design, typesetting methods, etc.) belong to Beibei English. No one may use them without the written permission of Beibei English. 6.2 The intellectual property rights of all content you upload and publish during the use of Beibei English services belong to you or the original copyright owner. You agree and confirm to grant Beibei English a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right to use all the content you upload and publish (including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, information network transmission, adaptation, compilation, modification, translation, creation of derivative works, performance, and display), with the scope of use including but not limited to current or other websites, applications, products, or terminal devices. VII. Disclaimer 7.1 You understand and agree that during the use of services provided by Beibei English, you may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, and avoided), including but not limited to natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.), government actions, wars, strikes, riots, disturbances, etc. When force majeure occurs, Beibei English will strive to repair it promptly, but Beibei English shall not bear any responsibility for losses caused by force majeure. 7.2 You understand and agree that Beibei English makes no warranties or guarantees of any nature regarding the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of all services and their content. You should exercise caution and bear risks yourself. Beibei English shall not be liable for any loss caused by the use of the service content. 7.3 You understand and agree that the content of the services provided by Beibei English may involve third parties. You should be aware of and use third-party services in accordance with the third-party service agreements. You are solely responsible for judging and bearing the risks associated with third-party content, products, services, advertisements, and any other information, and Beibei English shall not bear any responsibility to you or any third party in this regard. VIII. Liability for Breach of Contract 8.1 If you violate this Agreement or other relevant agreements or rules, Beibei English has the right to independently judge and take measures depending on the circumstances, including but not limited to deleting or blocking links, prohibiting the posting of comments, restricting part or all functions of the account, reclaiming or canceling the account, etc. 8.2 If your violation of this Agreement or other relevant agreements or rules leads to third-party complaints or litigation claims, you shall handle them yourself and bear all possible legal responsibilities arising therefrom. If your illegal acts, infringements, or breaches of contract cause Beibei English to compensate any third party or suffer penalties from state authorities, you shall also compensate Beibei English for all losses incurred as a result. IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9.1 The conclusion, execution, and resolution of disputes related to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. 9.2 If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction in the place where Beibei English is located. X.
